Quick answers to common questions.
How do I create a student account?
Click "Start Learning Free" on the home page or go to the registration page. Enter your first and last name, email, mobile, password, and choose your district, taluka, city and organization. Your organization admin approves the account; at first login you choose your class (5th to 10th) and complete your profile.
Why can I only see content for one class?
During registration you select your current class. The platform shows you lessons, tests, and courses for your class only — this keeps learning focused on your own syllabus.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page, or contact support@eklavya.live from your registered email.
Can I change my password?
Yes. Log in, open your Profile, and use the Change Password card. Every student and content manager can change their own password anytime.
How do mock tests and exams work?
Each chapter has mock tests you can attempt any number of times. Term exams (Term 1 and Term 2) appear when your teacher publishes them and are single-attempt.
How do I ask a doubt?
Open any chapter and use the Doubts section to post your question. Teachers review and answer it, and you get notified.
