Delete Your StudyPulse Account

You can delete your account from the StudyPulse Android app or from this website:

1. Sign in to your StudyPulse student account.
2. Open the menu and go to Settings.
3. Scroll to Delete account and tap Delete my account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm. You will be signed out immediately.

Email support@eklavya.live from the email address registered on your account, with the subject "Account deletion request" and your full name. We will confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days. A parent or guardian may request deletion of their child's account in the same way.

• Your account is deactivated immediately and can no longer be used to sign in.
• Your profile (name, email, mobile number, address, class, district) and your learning data (progress, test attempts, saved lessons, doubts, chat messages and uploads) are permanently deleted within 30 days.

• Anonymous, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you.
